With the increasingly rapid and exponential pace of Telecommunications, ancient and indigenous forms of communication have taught us and employed the Golden Rule, which maintains that a society must adhere to moral codes that are universal and unconditional. But, before this type of communication could prosper on data service platforms, weak security on air interference would need to be introduced in the form of data service. Early on, the nations relied heavily on the printed press’s courageous journalism style in early westernization, which recognized a special obligation to serve as watchdogs over public affairs and political debates. Telecommunications applied similar government control tactics as the mobile phone system expanded efficiently on the spectrum. Additionally, reporters must follow a code of ethics, this should have been the slogan in 1998, as web browsing started being supported on phones, even if situational ethics requires deception to produce stories on a complicated issue, web browsing for citizens needs to maintain ethics.
